Welcome to Swan Ball 2010 to Benefit Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art. We feel fortunate to have the support of so many friends and colleagues in the community as we work on this tremendous endeavor. Your enthusiasm and generosity has made our job a pleasure.

This year's Ball will be held on May 22 to coincide with Cheekwood's 50th anniversary, and we plan to celebrate in style! With the direction of our fabulous New York Design team, Van Wyck and Van Wyck, the night promises to be spectacular. Those in attendance will be in for a treat with the first chance to see the much-anticipated Dale Chihuly exhibit.

Also, this year the Auction will return to the Ball and the auction chairs, Mary Gambill and Beth Moore, have some wonderful vacations, items and other treasures to wow the guests.

We had a wonderful turnout of committee members and friends at the September kickoff, and we are excited to announce our entertainer, jeweler, swan award recipient and much more at the January Unveiling Party at the home of Phyllis and David Vandewater.

We look forward to seeing all of you this upcoming year as we work together to raise money for this gem in our community.
