How do I get a bid number?
A: Every guest is assigned a bid number upon check in the night of the party. Use your numbered paddle when bidding for live auction items and write you bid number on all bidding cards for the silent auction?

How do I bid on live auction items?
A: You may enter bids before the live auction starts by filling out bid cards and turning them into the live auction production table in the front of the ballroom. The latest price will be the starting bid for the live auction. Once the Live auction starts at 7:00pm, no more bid cards will be accepted for live auction items. You can only bid at that point by using your bid paddle.

How do I bid on silent auction items?
A: You may bid on silent auction items by filling out a bid card. Each card must include the following information: Full Name, Bid Number, Item lot number and name, Amount bid. These cards are to be turned into the Silent Auction production table in the Loggia. The current bid will be reflected on the large screens above the production table.

How do I know if I won an item?
A: If you win a live auction item a runner will bring a contract directly to you. You will need to fill out all of the information at the bottom of the contract and sign it. You will keep two copies and return one to the runner for our records. Please turn one in with your payment and the other is for your records.
The silent auction will close exactly 15 minutes after the end of the Live Auciton. There will be a countdown clock located above the silent auction production table in the loggia. Once the silent auction closes, we will take 15minutes to write up contracts for each item. Bid number of the winner will be placed on the bid screen. At that time you may come and pick up your contract. If you win an item in the silent auction, but did not stay at the party until close out, you will be contacted via letter that you have won with directions for payment.

What are the payment procedures?
A: We will have a check out table in the lobby and would prefer for you to come prepared to pay for any purchased item that evening. You may pay via check or all major credit cards. When you pay, please turn in one copy of your contract with payment. You will then receive your packet with booking instruction for your trip. If it is an item that you have purchased, you may take it with you that evening. There will be porters available to help you load any large items.
